• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the descriptions and inputs you provide to Mindivo.

Generated Content: AI-generated character profiles and conversation outputs are provided to you with a non-exclusive license for your personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Our Service: All rights, title, and interest in Mindivo, including our AI models, technology, and branding, remain our exclusive property.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: All character profiles and conversations are AI-generated and may not accurately represent real individuals or situations. Mindivo does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of generated content. You should exercise independent judgment and not rely solely on AI-generated suggestions for important decisions.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

Your use of Mindivo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data as described in that policy to provide and improve our services.

7. Account Terms
